**For Magazine Subscriptions Only**

Final pricing of subscriptions for Living City magazine and the Charisms for Unity magazine include shipping and handling. Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time. No cancellations, refunds or returns will be accepted for subscriptions made.

 

For All Other Items (Excluding Magazine Subscriptions)

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICIES

STANDARD DELIVERY Clients can expect delivery in 7 to 9 business days on in-stock items.

RUSH DELIVERY Rush delivery is not available to all addresses—including some P.O. Boxes and some rural areas—and during all times of the year. Please note that all requests for rush delivery must be placed by calling 1-845-229-0230 ext. 181 or by e-mail at livingcity@livingcitymagazine.com.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY International shipments require additional shipping and handling fees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES To cover shipping and handling fees for all orders (excluding magazine subscriptions) add 15% to the subtotal cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Living City accepts returns and/or exchanges of products up to 30 days from invoice date. Items must be in resalable condition upon receipt by Living City. Mailing expenses—including original shipping charges—will be paid for solely by the client placing the order. Items must be securely mailed to Living City via UPS, FedEx or USPS Insured, and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY No refunds or cancellations once orders have been processed.

CHANGE OF SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION OR MAILING ADDRESSES Subscribers are asked to notify Living City of any change of address with at least 4 weeks advance notice to ensure proper delivery of magazine. Changes of billing information such as name, address or phone number can be sent to the Living City Administration Office at 202 Cardinal Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538, or by calling 1-845-229-0230 ext. 181, or via e-mail to livingcity@livingcitymagazine.com
